Dr Brame no longer issues paper prescriptions and is unable to write NHS prescriptions in the private sector. Dr Brame uses 3 different electronic prescribing services:
All prescriptions are compliant with the Human Medicines Regulation Act 2012.
Dr Brame is more than happy to reissue the prescription to an alternative provider from those listed below or send a prescription request letter via email to your NHS GP.
Clynxx prescriptions are electronic and are redeemable at Lloyds Pharmacy, Tesco, and Well+, along with " local independent pharmacy as endorsed by the National Pharmacy Association".
You will receive a text message from Clynxx asking you to pay £1.24 for your prescription token. Take this sms message token to the Pharmacy and explain you have an e-prescription.
They need to open the token retrieval URL at www.Clynxx.com to retrieve the prescription and check they have the medication in stock. You pay the prescription charge at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist will dispense your medication.
SignatureRx prescription tokens are slightly more expensive. These are also electronic prescriptions but are available at a wider range of pharmacies.
You will have an email, SMS or a message from Dr Brame with a prescription ID. This will allow the pharmacy to retrieve your prescription.
Present your prescription ID and DOB at your pharmacy and inform them that you have a SignatureRx private electronic prescription. They can redeem this at www.signaturerx.co.uk.
Using these details, any pharmacy can view your prescription and provide you with the cost and stock availability.
You pay the prescription charge at the pharmacy, and the pharmacist will dispense your medication.
If the pharmacy does not accept the prescription, call the helpline on 0333 3555990 for support or try a different pharmacy. SignatureRx can also arrange delivery of medication.
Pharmacierge are an online pharmacy. They will process and price the medication Dr Brame has prescribed for you and will contact you by phone, SMS or email for your payment and delivery information. Once paid for, they will organise the medication to be delivered to you as soon as possible, standard delivery is free. Delivery dates will vary dependent on the timing of your prescription, your payment, your delivery location and the availability of your medication (these typically range from 0-5 weekdays after payment). Same day deliveries carry a fee.
