Long COVID

Dr Brame has extensive experience in the assessment and management of patients with Long COVID symptoms and unexplained breathlessness.

A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation is carried out to ensure the correct diagnosis is made and appropriate treatment started without delay. Most investigations can be completed within just a few days.

These may include blood tests, CT or MRI imaging, echocardiography and other cardiac studies, lung function testing, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, and sleep studies.

Dr Brame works closely with a multidisciplinary team — including experts in exercise physiology, physiotherapy, cardiology, and gastroenterology — to deliver a complete assessment and personalised recovery plan.

Long COVID assessments are charged at the same fee as standard consultations , £250 (Initial) and £185 (follow up).  Extended follow up appointments are available upon request (£275).

Urgent consultations outside usual clinic hours can be arranged ad hoc and are charged at £300.
