Dr Aimée Brame contributes to television, national media and academic work alongside her clinical practice in respiratory medicine, pulmonary vascular disease and intensive care.

BBC Two — Diagnosis Detectives

Dr Brame was the General Medical Advisor for the BBC Two series Diagnosis Detectives, providing medical expertise and clinical advice throughout the programme.

Medical Media & Expert Commentary

Dr Brame regularly contributes expert medical commentary to national newspapers, magazines and online publications, with features covering respiratory health, breathlessness, cough, sleep and other medical topics.

Academic Work

Dr Brame is an Associate Professor at University College London and a Senior Clinical Lecturer at King’s College London.

Her academic interests include pulmonary vascular disease, cardiorespiratory physiology, haemodynamics and critical care.
